Quarantine project – face masks

My daughter and I decided to make face masks for people we wanted to stay alive… double-layered fabric, double-layered interfacing, with a nose piece, and ties so that the ears don’t get tired of elastic. Lots of fun fabric choices, personalized for loves ones. 🙂

Quarantine project – raised gardening

My daughter, her boyfriend, and yours truly, collected the materials and built a couple of raised garden beds for a Victory Garden! Many of the plants are being raised from seeds (tomatoes, beans, peas, mango, various herbs, etc.). It’s been a lot of fun and gives us something to look after while stuck-in-place. 🙂
